I was given spotless and incredible room with a bathtub and the condition, as example.

I did not want to leave there, so would be happy to recommend this hotel. I was happy with venue's great location by stores on both sides. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they were incredibly nice and pleasant.

It boasts excellent, favourable location close enough to The Island, a beautiful strip loaded with shops and foods, and the park and other attractions.

I was here for 4 days and would stay here again. It was a quiet and great hotel in Pigeon Forge. Really enjoyed the room with the spa tub, my bed was very comfy.

Incredibly nice staff and the room exceptionally clean and updated with 2 bedrooms and internet, as example. Central location within walking distance of most attractions on the parkway. Short walk to the center of Pigeon Forge action and Knoxville and shops and foods.

A bit outdated room.

We thoroughly enjoyed the rooms, they were amazing & good sized. It had a microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge. The hotel had a central setting in the heart of Pigeon Forge.

The hotel was quiet and absolutely great and just what we had in mind. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from The Island was marvellous and unbeatable. Moreover, it's not far from the grounds and the Island at Pigeon Forge.

Can't wait to say thank you very much, would stay here again. This budget hotel is nice with outstandingly accommodating staff.

Sincerely, it was a decent stay at a reasonable value. The stuff team was very-very nice at any time. Truly enjoyed how the immaculately clean room on lower level was arranged when we arrived. Had breakfast in the restaurant. That hotel was in a great and perfect location, to the restaurant next door.

We couldn't find pool.

Love the central location, close to shops and Dollywood. Appreciated the 3 beds, fridge, and microwave. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind, the best part of the stay!

Felt right at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The restaurant was perfect for breakfast. Its location was wonderful, not far from restaurant, Island and stores and attractions.

Unfortunately, there was no swimming pool.

Booked deluxe queen room, that included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a fridge. The staff were helpful, amicable. The setting was marvellous, near Pigeon Forge, the park and other attractions, and stores.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.
